Reservation :


1 : Why do you need for quarantee of my reservation my credit card details in case that i will pay cash after my arrival ?


- Credit card is just a quarantee for your reservation. The credit card is charged only in case that you will not arrive. In this case we are able to charge some compensation / see our terms and condition /.


2 : Is it secure to send my personal details and my credit card details through the internet ?


- With our agency for 100 % !  We made for you special security pages ( SSL ) , which are used and secured only for this personal purposes.


- Simply send us through  our security page your credit card details for quarantee of your reservation and we will send you confirmation  / accommodation voucher /


Accommodation :


1 : Are in the apartment towels and bed linen ?


- Yes in your apartment are towels and bed linen


2 : Where and how can i get the keys from the apartment, where and how i will pay ?


- In case that you have booked also transfer with us, than you will get the keys directly from our driver and also to him you will pay for the accommodation. In case that you dont requiere transfer, than we will arrange with you / in advance / at what time do we meet in your apartment and somebody from our staff will give you the keys . The payment is up to you.


You can pay in cash Czk or € or you can pay also with your credit card (EC/MC, Visa, AMEX).


3 : What is the check-in and check-out time ?


- Check-in is from 14:00 and Check-out till 11:00.


4 : What can i do in case that my flight is before 14:00 and is it possible to ask for late check-out?


- In case that you travel with the morning plane and apartment was not occupied the night before your arrival, than offcourse we can accommodate you immediately  (if not you can give us your bags and take a coffee or lunch and at 14:00 you can check-in). At the departure day - in case that the apartment will stay free you can ask for late check-out for fee 20 €.


5 : What can i do with my baggage in case that i have flight at the afternoon ?


- Our driver for fee 7 € can take your bags and bring them to the left-luggage office and that in the time which you choose he will bring the bags back to you and you can go directly with him to the airport or just take your own way back to home.


6 : Where can i leave the keys from the apartment at the departure day ?


- In case that you have booked the transfer you can give the keys to our driver and if not you can put the keys to the mail box in the building or you can leave them on the table in the apartment.
